If you email us, book a call, or submit the form on this site, we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to share, such as a phone number or message. Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, and form messages reach us by email through Resend; each handles your details only to deliver them to us. That's it — this site does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
Only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the tools required to do the work you've hired us for.
When we build automations for you, we handle only the data needed for the specific workflow, using privacy-first tools and a written AI-use policy agreed with you up front. For regulated work — financial, legal, health — we scope exactly what the AI can and cannot access before anything is built. You own the systems we build and the data in them.
You can ask us to delete any information you've sent at any time. Write to noah@prozan.ai.
